MeroWings' natural Yoga Bolster is the perfect add on to your yoga or meditation practice. Made from GOTS certified organic cotton and filled with 100% organic stone pine and spelt these small log shaped pillows offer great support while being comfortable at the same time. This is what makes them an ideal zen cushion for meditation poses in the heal seat. Due to its shape it can be used both lengthwise between the legs and crosswise between the upper and lower legs. In addition to that our small bolster is a great addition for abdominal or upper body exercises or used as a headrest during Shavasana.
