Product care tips
The best way to make sure that your MeroWings products stay in great shape for years, is to treat them gently.
Cleaning stains should be done by using a soft cloth with warm water and mild soap. Please avoid using harsh detergents.
MeroWings Outdoor products have a special water repellent coating, which also prevents light stains. Ideally avoid leaving our products outside in the bright sun or in the rain, like you would with other furnishing products too.
Are MeroWings products washable?
Indoor and outdoor covers of our products are machine washable at low temperature.
Can MeroWings products be exposed to the sun?
To ensure product longevity, we don't recommend exposing the products to periods of sun or heat, as they can damage the fabric or print.
What happens if it rains on my MeroWings products?
Stay calm, simply letting them dry is the easiest solution.
What is the difference between MeroWings indoor and outdoor products?
Our indoor products are made of luxurious, velvety fabrics. They are soft to the touch and cuddly what makes them perfect for indoor use. Both, indoor and outdoor fabrics, are robust and made to last. In addition to that MeroWings outdoor products have a special water repellent coating, which also prevents light stains. Outdoor fabrics have a fine canvassy feel to them.
My MeroWings beanbag lost its original puffy shape. Is that a quality issue?
No. All beanbags and poufs flatten over time. This is a natural process and not a quality issue. Our bean bags are filled with high quality beads made from EPS. These beads have numerous pockets of air inside them. As they are used, the beads become compressed, reducing their size. This compression, in turn, gives the beanbag a flatter appearance. You may slow down this process by regularily loosening the contents of your beanbag. To do so simply shake it for two to five minutes. If your beanbag or pouf doesn't regain its original shape, don't worry. You can easily refill it.
