Shipping

We will send your package to you as quickly as possible within 1-3 working days via DHL.

Shipping costs
The postage costs for shipping outside Germany are shown in the order process in the webshop.
At the moment, we ship the orders within Germany free of shipping costs from an order value of 20€. For orders within Germany under 20€ we charge a flat shipping fee of 6,90 €.

Delivery times
After your order you will receive an e-mail with the possibility to track your delivery status.
As far as no other period is indicated in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods takes place in the inland (Germany) within 1-3 working days, with foreign deliveries within 1-3 days after conclusion of the contract (with agreed upon pre-payment after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Where can I have my order delivered to?
We currently deliver to private delivery addresses and to DHL packing stations.
Orders and deliveries are generally possible within the EU and worldwide.

Prices
Prices can be found on the product websites of the individual models. These include the statutory VAT - this will vary for purchases outside germany, as well as all price components of the product.

If you pay by credit card, your credit card account will be debited upon conclusion of the contract.

Excerpt from Terms & Conditions.

§ 3. prices - shipping costs - customs duties - terms of payment

(1)The purchase price offered is binding. For deliveries within Germany and in EU states, the statutory value added tax is included in this.
(2)Payment for the goods may be made either by credit card or cash in advance/bank transfer.
(3)The customer shall bear the costs of shipment from the place of MeroWings' registered office. Any shipping costs incurred will be calculated and shown in the online shop when the order is processed.
(4)Orders and deliveries are only possible within the EU. If the customer requests deliveries to countries other than the EU, MeroWings will gladly try to help the customer.
(5)Prices are without exception in Euro.
(6)In the event of an effective revocation, MeroWings has the right to offset any compensation to be paid by the customer against the payments to be refunded. In the case of partial returns, where only part of the original order is returned and where there was a discount for a multiple order, e.g. MeroWings sets, the difference to the normal price will be deducted from the refund.
(7)The customer shall only be entitled to set-off rights if his counterclaims have been legally established, are undisputed or have been recognised by us. Furthermore, he is authorised to exercise a right of retention insofar as his counterclaim is based on the same contractual relationship.
