7. Returns Policy

We want all our customers to be happy with the MeroWings items. However, if this is exceptionally not the case, you can of course return the item to us within 30 days.
Please note that for a full refund, the items must be in their original condition and show no signs of use.
All MeroWings customers have the option to return or exchange items within 30 days.
The statutory right of withdrawal and the statutory warranty claims remain unaffected by this right of return. The customer shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

We process returns within approx. 5 working days, the refund will be made in the original payment method.
To ensure that the return can be quickly assigned to your order & payment, it is best to put the delivery note with the order number in the return package. The postage costs for the return are borne by the buyer.

A. Cancellation policy (required by law)
You have the right to cancel this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you can simply return the items to us, or you can inform us via our contact form or you can write to MeroWings International GmbH & Co KG, c/o Meena Valail-Dieter, Sauerlandstr. 20, 70469 Stuttgart, Germany. You can inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter via contact form, e-mail or post).
To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the end of the cancellation period.
Consequences of the revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. When refunding these payments, we may make a deduction to compensate for the loss in value of the delivered goods if this loss in value was caused by unnecessary use of the goods. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees because of this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
Please return the goods immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract to

The time limit after revocation is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.

General information
1) Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. If possible, please return the goods to us in the original packaging with all accessories and with all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against transport damage.
2) If possible, please do not return the goods to us freight collect.
3) Please note that the aforementioned items 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
